While 32Red does nearly everything right, there is one small issue for blackjack players. The comps system for non-Club-Rouge players is rather pointless. Players earn 1 ruby for every £50 they wager on blackjack. You need 1000 Rubies to get £10. That’s a not so generous cashback of 0.02%. Even worse is that players must wager their cashback 30 times before they can withdraw. But Blackjack is weighted so it only counts 2%, meaning a blackjack player would need to wager 1500 times their cashback. So in summary, that means a blackjack player must wager £50,000 to get £10 in cashback, with £15000 of wagering required before they can withdraw it. That’s shocking from a casino which we’d otherwise regard as the best. We’d rather that comps were just paid on a percentage basis, rather than being converted from rubies, points or the like – it isn’t as transparent as we’d expect from 32Red. We’d also prefer that blackjack players weren’t penalised twice for playing their favourite game, in earning and in the redemption of their cashback.

Still, any comps must be seen as a bonus, and treated as such. 32Red are exceptionally generous with loyal players, and this and their support more than makes up for the shortfalls in their comp system. However, that doesn’t stop us dreaming for more, and we hope that one day the comps system is made more favourable for non-Club-Rouge blackjackers. Then, 32Red will be sat where it belongs; in the number 1 spot. Recommended.
